Harrison Dee Lightfoot, age 79, of Hermitage, MO passed away October 3, 2026 at Citizens Memorial Hospital, Bolivar, MO. He was born May 26, 1947 at Springfield, MO, the son of Arnold Dee and Frances Maxine (Reser) Lightfoot. He was a longtime area resident and farmer.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Arnold and Maxine Lightfoot; and sister, Sylvena Trowbridge.
Survivors include his wife, Shirley Lightfoot of the home; a daughter, Sherri (Tod) Lynch of Hermitage, MO.; a son, H. Scott Lightfoot of Ash Grove, MO.; six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 7th, 2026 at Hathaway-Peterman Chapel with Rev. Don Kelderhouse officiating. Burial will follow in Nemo Cemetery, Hermitage, MO under the direction of Hathaway-Peterman Funeral Home, Wheatland, MO. Visitation will be 10:00-11:00 a.m. Wednesday prior to the funeral service at the funeral home.
