Macy Pearson and Nate Sawyer were crowned the 2026 Wheatland High School Homecoming Queen and King this past Friday, Feb. 6, in between the home basketball games against Macks Creek. The Wheatland Mules and Lady Mules each defeated the Macks Creek Pirates and Lady Pirates in the Wheatland Gymnasium. The Mules won their contest 78-73, while the Lady Mules tasted a 65-31 victory. Also part of the coronation ceremony were candidates Daisy Gunnerson,
