The Save The Lake Committee will host another public meeting Sunday, Oct. 1, at 1 p.m at the pavilion located behind the Pomme de Terre Corps of Engineers office building. They will be discussing the Missouri Prime Beef Packers application to the Missouri Department of Natural Resources to dump up to 350,000 gallons of treated wastewater into the Pomme de Terre River.
The pavilion is located at the east end of the dam at 23697 County Road 218, Hermitage, Mo. 65668.
